Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Samsara Sanctuary website and making a reservation, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Reservation & Booking

By completing a reservation on our website, you are agreeing to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself
• Accept financial responsibility for all charges incurred
• Authorize us to charge your selected payment method
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Be at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent if younger)

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies are as follows:

• More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of prepaid amount
• 15-30 days before arrival: 75% refund of prepaid amount
• 7-14 days before arrival: 50% refund of prepaid amount
• Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund

Cancellations must be made in writing at reservations@samsara.com. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of cancellation.

4. Payment Terms

Payment information:

• A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation
• The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• All payments are non-transferable between guests
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers

5. Guest Conduct & Code of Conduct

During your stay, you agree to:

• Respect the property, staff, and other guests
• Comply with all facility rules and regulations
• Not engage in illegal activities or behavior that endangers others
• Not bring weapons or dangerous items onto the property
• Respect the sanctuary's wellness focus and maintain a peaceful environment
• Follow all safety procedures and environmental guidelines

Guests who violate these terms may be asked to leave without refund.

6. Guest Responsibility & Liability

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your belongings. Samsara Sanctuary is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items
• You assume all risks associated with wellness activities, yoga classes, and spa treatments
• You have disclosed any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your participation
• You are financially responsible for any damage to the property caused by you during your stay
• You shall not hold Samsara Sanctuary liable for natural disasters or events beyond our control

7. Health & Safety Requirements

By making a reservation, you confirm that you are in good physical health and are able to participate in wellness activities. We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before the retreat. Guests with serious medical conditions should notify us in advance. We reserve the right to deny services to guests whose health conditions pose a risk.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of Samsara Sanctuary and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samsara Sanctuary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of this agreement or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Thai law, conducted in English. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand.

11. Modifications to Terms

Samsara Sanctuary reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
